Congratulations to Mary Mackenzie our Spotlight Athlete for October!!

Mary shows up to class with a smile on her face and has an open minded, willing to learn attitude! She is not phased by a challenge and puts her best effort forth no matter what she is faced with. Her down to Earth personality is a wonderful asset to our morning classes! Thank you Mary!!

What do you do for work? I work at the Village of Duxbury after 20 years at South Shore Hospital

What would you like us to know about you and your family? I have 3 great sons and daughter in laws and 6 grandkids with one more on the way

How long have you been CrossFitting? 4 months

What time do you typically train? 6 AM

What is your favorite lift and why? I really don’t have a favorite lift, but I like Kettlebell swings, rowing and box step ups.

What are your current life goals? To stay active and healthy

How would you best describe Cynergy to others? Everyone is so positive and friendly
