This is such a great program. I have done every “diet” imaginable. I am learning how to be mindful of what I am eating and learning what it means to be actually hungry rather than bored.
I feel GREAT, sleeping better, more energy during the day, my skin looks and feels good 🙂
Finishing week 2 today and I definitely feel the physical changes, but the mental changes are amazing… I feel super focused at work and don’t have that brain fog at 1 pm anymore.
I obtained my goal to lose the few extra pounds that gradually crept up over the past few years. I now feel much better and my clothes fit me again.
This isn’t a diet program it’s a change in your life style. Honestly it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made and worth every ounce of struggle.
