What time do you typically train?

Approx. 5:18 pm, but if I really miss the mark 6:30 pm.

I love clean and jerks because it’s fun to feel heavy weight become weightless from the momentum.

Manion. I didn’t even finish it but it’s definitely the hardest I’ve pushed myself during a workout.

I hope to get consistent strict pull-ups and double unders.

I want to do well in school.

What is your most memorable time as a CrossFitter?

How has CF impacted your life outside of the box?

I feel so much happier and healthier. CrossFit helped me learn to love fitness.

How would you best describe Cynergy to others?

Cynergy is the most welcoming and supportive community I’ve been a part of. The coaches and members have helped me accomplish things I never imagined I’d be able to do.
