1 Wtd Pausing HR Push Ups
-2 second hold in the top of the plank, 2 second hold tight plank hold right above the floor, 1 sec for the hand release and fast up to finish

20 mins @ 75% Intensity: Non stop movement
10 Cal Row (maintain same Cal/Hour pace each round)
10 Box Jumps
10 BB Good Mornings -controlled movement here
