-All sets with an empty BB
-focus is on technique and fast drop

2 Snatch (squat) -drop and reset each rep
-first working set @ 65%
-build from there if form is there

For Time:
30 Front Squats @ Mod loading (@ 50%)-taken from the floor
50 Pull Ups (L2 30 Pull Ups), (L3 50 Rack Pull Ups)
800m Run
