Shoulder Press-Build to a Max Single for the day

EMOM 10: Grip Focus
4 T2B (L2 K2E), (L3 Knee Raises)
4 DB Lunge Step Backs 50/35
4 DB Bent Over DB Rows (both arms at the same time-same weight as Lunges)
*ALL 12 reps are to be completed in ONE Minute each round
