We would like to acknowledge #cynergysuperheroes Heather & Reid!
Reid and I both work for Brewster Ambulance doing 911 in Brockton and we’ve been working there for 3 years.
My dad works as a Brockton Firefighter, my mom has been working from home during this, and my sister (22) works as a pharmacy tech, so nothing’s changed much in my house. Reid’s parents are both retired and he has 3 brothers, one down in Maryland in the National Guard (29), a twin brother in the police academy, and a younger brother (22) deployed right now in the Marines.
Our message to the community:
Just take everything one day at a time. It’s tough times right now but we’re all tough people and we’ll make it through this! Super thankful for all the essential workers, police, fire, EMS, RNs, everyone working in the hospitals, grocery store workers, pharmacy techs, and the list goes on! We may not all be in the same boat, but we are fighting the same storm. Stay safe everyone, social distancing, and we look forward to seeing our CrossFit family again!
