What is your favorite lift and why?
Ohh I would have to say the Squat Snatch! (no Marc, not the hang power clean!) I appreciate how dynamic the movement is and love the challenge of nailing every movement. My shoulder has been giving me issues for a while so I’ve had to lay off them a bit. Looking forward to getting back to them!
What is your favorite WOD and why?
Oh without a doubt, Murph. This one is near and dear to my heart. I have family in the military…I really don’t have the words for how honored I am to do this workout every year…

My most memorable time as a Crossfitter is truly my time spent at Cynergy. This is the best group of individuals I have ever encountered, and many beautiful friendships have blossomed since I joined!
How has CF impacted your life outside of the box?
Crossfit has done a few things for me outside the gym. On the athletic side, I have developed greater strength and endurance for all the other adventures and activities I love such as skiing, mountain biking, surfing, and backpacking. On the mental side it has given me more confidence to break out of my comfort zone and try new things where otherwise I may have held back or taken a pass.
How would you best describe Cynergy to others?
I describe Cynergy as place full of passionate individuals who have a wonderful balance of fun, activity, and a desire to be healthy!
