What do you do for work?
Behavior Analyst. I work with kids 3-5 with autism in a center.
What would you like us to know about you and your family?
I have a cute dog named summer we go on walks daily. Currently living the lavish life at home with my mom dad and brother.
What is one thing that we may not know about you?
I lived in Australia for 6 months when I was 20
How long have you been CrossFitting?
About 7 years
What time do you typically train?
5 or 6am and then I also hit a double session at 7 pm
What is your favorite lift and why?
Love squat cleans because I’ve never done them and now I have developed a love hate relationship with them
What is your favorite WOD and why?
No specific WOD but I love longer WODs with a variety of movements
What are your current life goals?
Looking for a home of my own. Would love to compete further in CrossFit aka why I’m always in the gym
What is your most memorable time as a CrossFitter?
When I got my first BMU and having both the 6am and 7am classes cheer me on
How has CF impacted your life outside of the box?
I’ve developed a variety of habits just by becoming a member of the gym. A majority of my closest friends came from this community and I’m so thankful for them!
