Member Appreciation Week — January 22-28, 2024
The week includes:
- Prize giveaways during every class on Monday, Wednesday and Friday!
- Bring-a-Friend to CrossFit on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Get them to experience CrossFit first hand! We will be programing user-friendly WODs for every skill level.
