Cynergy CrossFit is available to anyone with a commitment and desire to improve their fitness. CrossFit is intense but extremely rewarding. Be sure to read Our Expectations to make sure this is the right fit for you.

You are doing so much more than just joining a “gym”… AND, CrossFit is not for everyone….we understand that. If you do not see yourself meeting these expectations, we recommend that you think twice about joining.

Our expectations are high and the results of our members speak for themselves. Only the truly motivated should apply. Making changes is hard but can be ‘fun’ in the process… we are here to help!

Athletes (yes, we call ALL of our members athletes, so get used to it!) come into Quincy City in many different levels of fitness. Some are at a high level of fitness and others are severely deconditioned. No matter where you start, you will improve. Quincy City CrossFit is for every physical ability.

Those who want to succeed will find a way, those who do not will find an excuse.
CrossFit is hard work and can be a bit intimidating at times, but you will be AMAZED at what you will accomplish if you just start. Excuses keep you where you are. Step a bit outside the comfort zone and join us!

Our hour-long classes include a warm-up, stretching, a skill development segment – when needed, and a high-intensity WOD.

You are required to complete Foundations Training prior to joining any of our classes.

Cynergy CrossFit Teens is open to all active members of high-school ages 13-18 and will be offered Monday thru Friday. This class is designed for our teen members only and will follow the the daily WOD (Workout of the Day).

Before you begin, you will be required to complete Foundations Training.

Cynergy CrossFit Kids is available to all children ages 5-12.

Cynergy CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is entirely absolutely CrossFit geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental needs of that population (neurological, cognitive, motor).

The movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play-pull, push,run, throw, climb, lift and jump. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly trained Cynergy CrossFit Kids Trainers.

Class size limited to 20 to ensure proper instruction. Please contact us for availability.

Participants will become well-rounded athletes who will be better at any and every sport that they play because Cynergy CrossFit Kids doesn’t coach them to be good at just one thing. Our workouts will increase physical competence in 10 fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.

Cynergy CrossFit All Levels Fitness

This class is a perfect starting place for those new to exercise and still challenging enough for those who have been working out for a while and just need to change things up a bit!

Masters (50+) receive a 10% discount, so if you are interested, please come in and try a class… the first one is FREE!

This is a community-based, circuit-style CrossFit workout designed to accommodate ALL levels of fitness. The primary focus is on conditioning and endurance through running, rowing, calisthenics, with the use of kettlebells, medicine balls, sleds, tires, and bodyweight movements.

Cynergy CrossFit All Levels Fitness is great for weight-loss, extra conditioning, or as an introduction to CrossFit class without complex Olympic lifts or high skill gymnastics.

This 60 minute class is offered in the mornings 3 days a week: Tuesday & Thursday @ 7 AM and Sunday 8 AM
