What do you do for work?
I am a Junior at Whitman Hanson.
What would you like us to know about you and your family?
My Mom, sister and I all do CrossFit and love going to the positive environment at the box.
What is one thing that we may not know about you.
I am a Whitman Hanson cheerleader.
How long have you been CrossFitting?
Almost 3 years now
What time do you typically train?
6:30pm class
What is your favorite lift and why?
Front squats because the day after I do them I feel sore, which makes me know that I trained very hard while lifting. Also because it’s one of my heavy lifts.
What is your favorite WOD and why?
If I remember it correctly it was something like this:
5 rounds 2:00 minutes

What are your current CF goals?
To be able to front squat 160, deadlift 210, and to be able to do straight pull ups. Another CrossFit goal, which is more like maybe a unrealistic dream, is to possibly be part of some sort of CrossFit game/competition.
What are your current life goals?
I want to flip houses/architect and possibly interior design.
What is your most memorable time as a CrossFitter?
One summer at a teen class I was exhausted during a workout and was last to finish, but everyone was clapping and cheering and it made me feel so happy that I had people supporting me no matter how long the workout took me.
How has CF impacted your life outside of the box?
It makes me such a better cheerleader, helps me sleep better, and encourages me to stay healthy.
How would you best describe Cynergy to others?
A very positive, judge-free environment with friendly, supportive friends.
