4-Person Masters Team Competition

Join us for our third year for this incredibly fun, 4-person team masters only event! The Cynergy CrossFit Games of the Ages event consists of a 2 men + 2 women team with the combined average age that would fit into one of these categories:
30 Somethings: 35-42
40 Somethings: 43-50
50 Somethings: 51+
For example: You can have a team with ages of 30, 35, 45 & 50. That team’s average age equals 40 — which puts you in the 30 Somethings category. Average age of the team can not be below 35.
Minimum age requirement is 30 by date of event: August 13, 2017.
Early Bird — $39 per person — register by July 20th.
Starting July 21 — $59 person
T-Shirt Deadline: Register by July 27th to get a t-shirt.
Event Deadline: SOLD OUT!
Teams must be all RX or all scaled.
Event Schedule: The event will run from 8am to 3pm. Please arrive by 8am for registration & WOD review. The event begins at 9am.
Volunteers/Judges Needed: You will receive a free t-shirt and lunch. Contact email@example.com by July 27th if you are interested.
Deadline: Registration closes Wednesday, August 9th.

WOD 1: Ageless
Find a max weight for the team of the following complex:
1 Power Clean + 1 Strict Press + 1 Push/Split Jerk
- 10 minutes to establish heaviest complex
- total weight for the heaviest, completed lifts of each athlete
- 2 bars — one for the women, one for the men — one athlete working at a time
WOD 2: Running on Empty
4 x 500m Relay
WOD 3: 2 Girls + 2 Heroes
1 athlete working at a time

50m Bear Crawl starts each round

80m Partner Sled Push (2 sleds: 1 athlete on each sled, 1 athlete pushing)

We recommend that one person registers for the team. You will need to have the following information from your team mates before you register:
- ~ Team Name
- ~ Athlete Name
- ~ Email & Phone
- ~ Age / Birthday
- ~ T-shirt size
- ~ CrossFit Affiliate (if applicable)
Team mates who are not currently CCF members will be required to sign a Waiver Release. Click here to download, complete and bring with you to the event.

An ALL team 200m run starts each round
All 4 athletes will stand at the start and at 3-2-1-GO all 4 members will run 200m.
When all members return they are responsible for loading the bar for the first athlete. It can be either the female or male athlete who completes the 30 reps. You can sub out any athlete at any time, but the weight must correspond to the male or female prescription in order to get credit for the reps.
The entire team will complete a 200m run after all 30 reps of the 4 movements have been completed.
The team will then complete the 20 reps in the same fashion followed by another 200m run, then finish up with the 10 reps for time.
