4-Person Masters Team Competition

Join us for our third year for this incredibly fun, 4-person team masters only event! The Cynergy CrossFit Games of the Ages event consists of a 2 men + 2 women team with the combined average age that would fit into one of these categories:
For example: You can have a team with ages of 38, 45, 40 & 40. That team’s average age equals 41.
Minimum age requirement is 35 by date of event: August 13, 2017.
Early Bird Discount — $35 per person (includes t-shirt) — register by July 20th.
Rate starting July 21st — $45 per person (no t-shirt)
Teams must be all RX or all scaled.
Event Registration: The event will run from 8am to 3pm. Please arrive by 7am for registration & WOD review.
T-Shirts: Please register by July 20th if you want a t-shirt.
Deadline: Registration closes Wednesday, August 9th.
These movements may not necessarily be in the WODs but should give you an idea of what to expect.

We recommend that one person registers for the team. You will need to have the following information from your team mates before you register:
- ~ Team Name
- ~ Athlete Name
- ~ Email & Phone
- ~ Age
- ~ T-shirt size
- ~ CrossFit Affiliate (if applicable)
Team mates who are not currently CCF members will be required to sign a Waiver Release. Click here to download, complete and bring with you to the event.

An ALL team 200m run starts each round
All 4 athletes will stand at the start and at 3-2-1-GO all 4 members will run 200m.
When all members return they are responsible for loading the bar for the first athlete. It can be either the female or male athlete who completes the 30 reps. You can sub out any athlete at any time, but the weight must correspond to the male or female prescription in order to get credit for the reps.
The entire team will complete a 200m run after all 30 reps of the 4 movements have been completed.
The team will then complete the 20 reps in the same fashion followed by another 200m run, then finish up with the 10 reps for time.

Score is total weight of the max effort of each athlete’s 3 RM
