A.  Open  WORKOUT 11.6

Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes following the rep scheme below:


Thrusters (100/65) (L2 (85/55), (L3 65/45)

C2B (L2 Pull Ups), (L3 Asst. Dead Hang Pull Ups)

B.  3 x (not for time)

5/5 Pistols +

30 second L-Sits

C.  Goat Work:  chose a movement that you need to practice and spend a good 10-15 minutes on it.
